Enter your customer first and last name exactly as it appears on their valid ID. Do not enter thier middle name or initial.
Enter customer fullname exactly as it appears on thier valid ID. You can enter thier middle name. EG: John M. Doe
To help your customer manage there accounts, add their email address and password.
